NK - sewing machine for leather

Good day all,

Lord Yoshi was helping me construct a leather jacket for light fighting, but 
alas his sewing machine will not sew the leather..

Does anyone have a sewing machine that will do 4 oz elk skin?
If not I am not sure what I will do, hand stich it maybe, which is not a 
great option.
