NK - Fighter Practice

Yes, fighter practice has been moved.  It was discussed at officers meeting 
and announced at last populace meeting.  It has been moved because Rowan and 
Merrik are no longer associated with the university and those of us who *are* 
aren't always on hand for meetings and practice.  This can cause problems if 
the security folks decide to stop and ask questions.
