Speaking of drop spindles...

I know it is a little short notice, but is anyone attending the fighter 
practice in Mooneschadow on Saturday who spins?  Someone who would be 
willing to have a refresher course on spinning?

I have a new drop spindle and some wool, but I do not know how to start it 
off.  I can really use some help.
