Not a lot of help for a polite request.

The SCA Online Armorial shows:
    Rupert Geoffrey Down de Ronda, name registered Aug/88 
as holding Sesmund's arms, so that's him.
It also shows that as a name change from the original holder of the arms:
    Simon Iago de Ronda, name and arms registered Jun/83
It shows only two names that start 'Ses' from Ansteorra earlier than that, so 
aparently 'Sesmund' or 'Sesmond' or 'Sesemone' or whatever was never 
registered.
