The Bibiotheque Nationale of France has an online exhibit of 14th & 
15th century French illuminated manuscripts entitled "The Age of King 
Charles V"

The paintings are beautiful, and some of them would make really good 
A&S documentation as well, since they provide detailed depictions of 
garb and what-not.
