Subject:	War practice July 16 in Elfsea

The Red Tape event is being held in Elfsea on Saturday July 15th.  The
following day, we are holding a war practice at 10:00am at Randol Mill Park
in Arlington.  Everyone is invited to come to practice unit tactics.  We
thought that after a full day of meetings, you would want to hit somebody.
