ANST-Announce - Charter Painting at Red Tape

Greetings,

I wanted to announce that Master Richard has graciously allowed us a room in
which to set up, so there will be charter painting at the Red Tape event
this Saturday.  

With over 400 awards a year given out to deserving gentles, painting
Charters is a much needed contribution to the Kingdome.  Please feel free to
stop in and pick up a brush, even if you have never done so before.  

I will also be accepting completed scrolls, and will have blanks for you to
take home.
