NK - Baronial Gathering

For those coming to the gathering we have directions and a wish list of
things to bring.

If you are coming from Tulsa

To get to the Painting location: arriving around 1pm
Take I-244 East out of Tulsa
Take Chouteau/Pryor Exit
Turn Left on to Hwy 69
Stay on 69 till after you cross the railroad tracks then look for 69a there
will be a sign for the Mid-America Industrial Park on the right side of the
road.
Turn right onto 69a
Stay on 69a for around a mile; look for a turn on the left after a trailer
park and before the Iron Masters Gym.
This turn is Elliot St. and you will have to turn across the road
construction.
Stay on Elliot st. about 1 mile till you see a Church on the left. Turn Left
at the church.
The Painting site is in the large metal building on the Left (it is just
down the road from the church.

To get to the Park arriving around 9 or 10 am for fighter practice
Follow the directions above but do not turn at the church.
Stay on Elliot going straight (through a few stops)
Turn Left on to Park st. (This will be the fourth Stop, on the right side of
the road will be the Thunderbird Youth Academy)

To Get to Ian's House: just for general purposes.
Stay on Park Till it meets Main/Hwy 20 (there will be some construction
here)
Turn Right onto 20.
Go two streets then turn left. This will be Orphan.(look for the signs
pointing to the cemetery)
Stay on Orphan (through the first 4 way stop)
Before the next intersection which is 2nd St. Look for a Tan house on the
left.
The house has a big tree in the yard ,#120.

We will need these items for the cook out:

Condiments (mustard, ketchup, onions)
Sliced Cheese
Buns (Hamburger and Hotdog)
Side items (baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, etc)
Deserts
Paperplates and Napkins

We have a pop machine on site as well but you may want to bring your own
drinks and Ice.

We also have a sink and a refrigerator on site but no oven so please plan
