You can get: supplies, bottles, good advice and enthusiasm from Charlie at 
Mecca Coffee Company. If you get into this "big time", you may find that you 
can get stuff a little less expensive through national distributors, but 
considering that you are also going to have to pay for shipping, and that 
fact that many of the supplies involved have a limited shelf life, this is 
still a great source.
Any other advice, you can also check with the lord of my realm, Egswyth, 
since (yes, I am bragging), I believe he has become a majorly good 
brewmeister of the ale variety. Also, if you  get the chance, have a chat 
with  Lord Oxlade, from Mooneschadowe - he is extraordinarily adept at the 
art of brewing!
