NK -Awards: was Getting a name long

Sorry to come in so late in the thread, but . . .

In many kingdoms you DO have to have a registered name and device to fight 
in Crown or Coronet lists.  This is not the case in Ansteorra.  However, 
when we have had a prince or princess who does not have a registered name 
and device, there have been a lot of heralds scurrying about working on 
getting that situation changed very quickly.
