NK - Does Northkeep need...?

I have two recurve bows (One 62 inches, one 58 inches). I thought the bows
might be needed as loaner gear.  Does Northkeep need these things?

Also, I have some garb that is still functional but the style no longer
pleases me.  Is the loaner garb box overflowing, or are these things needed?
