I spoke with Dagmar last night.  At this time, the plan is to open 
for bardic around 9 AM (or 15 minutes after morning court if there is 
one), and run til about 4 PM.  Bards can come and go as needed since 
some will be competing in other events.  Finalists selected will, as 
I have been requested, perform final pieces at feast.
