NK - WAY OT OOP. NORTHKEEP SCHOOL MOMS HELP!

I just got a job With St. John's in Building Services.  They want my
Immunization records.  My doctor's office doesn't have them.  I assumed
any time I switched doctors and transfered my records they went too. 
Would they be on file with Tulsa public schools?  Where do I look?!!
