[Northkeep] Event sites

One thing to remember with the state parks is that they are open to the
public and are quite crowded in good weather.  It might be possible to
secure them for events during the off season but in late spring and summer
would they likely be either highly expensive or a logistics nightmare.

Fountain Head State park is closer, but I have no other info. on it.  It
should have the same amenities as Arrowhead.
