[Northkeep] Questions Re: Dionadair

As it has been in the past:
Any non-belted fighter who lives in and regularly
participates in northkeep's fighters practice is
elligable to fight for Dionader

also must be willing to go to war as the leader of the
NK troops

As for the canton I do not know. HAs anyone from thier
been a regular at f/p???
