[Northkeep] Kit school update

I must agree.
Though I think Baulsac turned out okay in spite of public schooling, I
always felt that he got a great deal more from home schooling.  I applaud
mothers and fathers that are willing to make the sacrifices necessary for
their kids.
It is not easy and for some, not cheap to do.  But it can be a great benefit
to both the parent and the child.
