Greetings All!

I would like to throw my 2 cents in and ask a question. Since it is well
known that Northkeep has a high burn out rate, How do any of you, feel that
burnout in both the B&B and membership can be avoided. What do you, as the B&
B plan on doing to keep yourselves from becoming burnt out? Will any of you
be "in touch" with your populace enough to be able to recognize when someone
is burning out?
