Beorhtlic was Minister of A&S between Ruadhagan and Thorvald.  Other than
that, I think you're right on.

I held it just under 2 years stepping out at Fall Coronation in 1999
(because they instituted the Coronation turnover while I was holding the
office).

Yes.  I gave it up when I became A&S after holding the office almost 5
years.
