[Northkeep] Winterkingdom Feast

[Mercedes de Cerdanya]

We always hope for merchants but I'm not sure if we will have any.  If
merchants do come we would probably put them in the dining hall which (if
anyone was at King's College a couple years ago) can be used for a general
hang out type place for people who are not actually in a class.  Perhaps if
they know that they will have a warm place to set up shop some merchants
will grace us with their presence.......
