[Northkeep] Archery Marshal and INFO

Ok here is a Question. Who is NK's archery Marshal? How hard would we have
to talk/beg/plead to get a class and a authorizations session down here at
rundel? Did I mention beg and plead? We have alot fo people interested but
as of yet I have been unable to fulfil the requests of getting a marshal
down here who can authorize etc. Thanky for the time and bandwidth.
