What are the requirements for the site?  How long/late would we need it?

  At this point in time there is not going to be a populace this month.  Right
  now we are trying to find a site for a moot/revel type meeting.  We would
  like to do this around the 14th.  However, we don't have somewhere to do
  this right now.  So if anyone has any suggestions for a site please let us
  know.
