[Northkeep] populace?

Ok - Ian can't be there that night but he says if we want to do it we
should.  I think it's fine but let's keep it in reserve for a couple days
and see if we can get another suggestion for the 14th (I'm worried about
that being so close to Christmas that people won't come......)
