NK - Rules, rules, rules....

    I was wondering if there was a list of offical rules concering offhand 
boffer weapons for rapier combat and if so where I might find a copy of said 
rules.  I have a "toy" I am trying to make based on an actual period weapon 
used in the late 1500.  It would help to now what the offical regulations I 
would have to meet.
