NK - Northern Regional Tribute Gate

You know - I don't know how early you can be on site - unlike Gulf Wars
there are no physical restraints to you arriving earlier than site opens.
Gate will not open before 4 but there will probably be some people there
before that.  I plan on being on site by 2:30 or 3, myself. If you are there
before gate just stop by at some point later and check in - no biggie - we
trust you. :)
