If you want to be counted in towards the land, you must pre-register.  Land 
allocations are based on a minimum of 20 people, and those folks must be 
prepaid, and note on their forms who they want to camp with. 

If you don't pre-register, and declare who you are camping with, you must 
camp wherever there is room.  Unless you are arriving early in the week, the 
camping tends to be kind of far away from all of the activities.  In other 
words, you get what is left.  If you are going to go, it is really best to 
pre register and assure yourself of land.
