That will depend who who attends the class and what they want to
make.  I have no problem teaching welted shoes as well as
turnshoes.
I will say that people wanting welted shoes will wind up with a
bit
more homework that first week, since they are going to need a
Last or
two.  (the turn shoe people may also, but it's more of an option
to do without for them).
