I don't think any of this  "clearing" of info is for anything other than to
make sure that there is nothing worded in a way that can be easily
misconstrued. Thus causing unneeded rumors or e-mails which have already
caused this region and barony to look less like a principality candidate
than it did a few months ago.

I think a little caution right now is a good thing. And from what I know of
Diarmaid, not letting him tell it as it was is not an option:)

It would be nice for those of us who have had and will continue to have
Saturday commitments to actually be able to get some sort of 'Official"
notes on the moot sometime before the 21st....

Gee...I remember a time when notes taken at Officers' Meetings, Populace,
Moots, etc., didn't have to be cleared before being shared.  Whatever
happened to the freedom of information?
