Round here you see a lot of walker at the local indoor mall
from 7-9 am- AC is on doors are open, plenty of scenery to keep you
distracted,
shops are not open yet to save your pocketbook from excessive weight loss...

An update to let everyone know that Stonie made it out of the hospital
yesterday.  He was in just over 2 weeks and still has alot of healing to
do, but the worst is over.  I just wanted to thank you all for your prayers
and concern.  If you want to send him a card or something,
stonie at somerled.net .  Continued prayers are appreciated for regained
health and strength, his big challenge now is finding a place to do the
walking they want him up doing.  I am remembering all to well what I hate
about Oklahoma summers.
