Folks I must apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the request for
letters...
The letters do still need to be sent to the Kingdom Seneschal.

The Board of Directors are not conducting an investigation. The Society
Seneschal is looking into
this matter and asking for information so that She can clarify some points
of concern.
