NK - Gulf Wars Armor Inspections

Greetings, 

While at Crown Tourney this past weekend, Thorgrim was told that a certain 
young fighter of Northkeep fame had armor that *would not* pass a Gulf Wars 
inspection.  It would be a horrible shame if anyone were to go all the way to 
Gulf War and not be able to fight due to sub standard armor...

It would be even more horrible to *slip through* an armor inspection and be 
seriously injured due to armor that should have been fixed. 

Baulsac, you were mentioned specifically.  Thorgrim will help you fix it here 
at home.  Once you get to Gulf War there won't be time.  If you would like 
help, please let us know.  

Armor inspections at Gulf are much more rigid than normal.  With so many 
fighters on the field there is a greater chance for injuries that could send 
you to the hospital and result in major difficulties in your real life.

If anyone has any doubts about their armor, please check with any inspecting 
marshal *now*.  Time is very short, and if you need help, there are lots of 
folks who can help but it needs to be done at home.
