NK - Gulf Wars Armor Inspections

| Armor inspections at Gulf are much more rigid than normal.  With so many
| fighters on the field there is a greater chance for injuries that could
send
| you to the hospital and result in major difficulties in your real life.

| If anyone has any doubts about their armor, please check with any
inspecting
| marshal *now*.  Time is very short, and if you need help, there are lots
of
| folks who can help but it needs to be done at home.
