First, Etienne, after your last two posts I received two copies of the "Snow
White and the seven dwarfs- the Real Story" e-mail.  Might need to scan your
system.

Second, what are the rules regarding the use of Northkeeps arms? Can they be
put on anything? Are they the sole province of the Baron and Baroness? Is
there a badge for Northkeep?

I know that you can't use Mooneschadowe's device unless its something of
Mooneschadowe, but that anyone is allowed to use our badge, the Liondragon.
Is there a similar situation?
