Armor inspections at Gulf are much more rigid than normal.  With so many
fighters on the field there is a greater chance for injuries that could send
you to the hospital and result in major difficulties in your real life.

If anyone has any doubts about their armor, please check with any inspecting
marshal *now*.  Time is very short, and if you need help, there are lots of
folks who can help but it needs to be done at home.

as a comment from the peanut gallery- even _good_ armor will not prevent all
injuries- Padraig cracked his heel bone last year going over the castle
wall.. so watch out for those sudden drops!
