[Northkeep] Saga reports

Ok so I am running behind as usuall.  But for those officers that don't have
a report to me yet it is your lucky day.   If you want something in the saga
please get it to my by Sunday night.  Also for anyone out there that would
like to submit something for printing please have it to me by then also if
you want it in this months issue.  If not then you can send it whenever :)
