As many of us are so busy getting ready for investiture, I didn't want to
risk busted water pipes in the wake of this, hope to see you all on Saturday.

..FREEZE WARNING TONIGHT...

SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE...CURRENTLY LOCATED OVER WESTERN NEBRASKA WILL MOVE
SOUTH TODAY IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS
THE AREA THIS MORNING. CLOUDY & WINDY CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED MUCH OF
TODAY. HOWEVER...WINDS WILL SUBSIDE THIS EVENING AND SKIES WILL CLEAR. THE
COMBINATION OF CLEAR SKIES...LIGHT WINDS AND COLDER AIR ASSOCIATED WITH THE
SURFACE HIGH WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO FALL BELOW FREEZING TONIGHT ACROSS
EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NWARKANSAS.

IF YOU HAVE SMALL PLANTS & TREES...LIVESTOCK...OR MACHINERY OUTSIDE...WHICH
COULD BE HARMED BY A FREEZE...TAKE THE TIME NOW TO PROTECT THEM. BE SURE TO
BRING YOUR SMALL PETS INDOORS FROM THE COLD WEATHER. MAKE SURE OUTDOOR PETS
HAVE A WARM...DRY SHELTER...AND PROVIDE SUFFICIENT FOOD & FRESH WATER.

TO PREVENT FREEZING & POSSIBLE BURSTING OF OUTDOOR WATER PIPES... PIPES
SHOULD BE WRAPPED...DRAINED...OR ALLOWED TO RUN IN A SLOW STEADY STREAM.
PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALSO BE TAKEN TO PROTECT SMALL PLANTS & TENDER
VEGETATION.
