[Northkeep] Name and Arms Copies

The question was how many.

When submitting a name, including alternate names and household names,
there should be five copies.  The submitter keeps one copy and the other
four are given to Rosamund.

When submitting any kind of armory, device or badge, there are ten
copies.  Four are to be black-and-white line drawings (do not color in a
black area, they want line drawings) and six are to be full color.  The
submitter keeps one of each and the rest are given to Rosamund.
