I would e-mail privatly, but the answer may be of interest to others
also.  Meryn is the new deputy and Gold Key, she has the loaner garb so you
will need to contact her.  Also, there is only one cloak in the garb and it
was a resent gift to the Barony, so we will need to ask on here if anyone
has extras that they can bring.
