[Northkeep] Rapier Practice Announcement

Heya everybody,

  Just a quick note to remind everyone that I will holding my usual Tuesday
Rapier Practice at Woodward Park at 6pm today.  The practice usually focuses
on drilling and technique and everyone is welcome.  We will continue until
dark and then we will go home.
