[Northkeep] Newsgroups

Greetings, in light of recent events.  I decided to to check out the
Rialto to see if the incidents in NYC and Washington have affected our
family of the SCA.  I'm having some difficulty doing this.  Does anyone
have any tips for joining newsgroups or configuiring Microsoft Outlook
Express for newsgroups?  Thanks,
