[Northkeep] Barony's newest arrival

To The Populace of Northkeep,

As of 16:09 today, the Kingdoms numbers have been increased by a small one. She is 8lb 1oz, 19.5 inches long, with a full head of hair and a great voice. She was brought into the world quietly by C-section. Mother and daughter are doing unbelievably fine. Total time to deliver was 43 min.
