[Northkeep] Combat arrow/bolt making

I went into the room titled archery and none of it would open for me.
What is the thickness of the 1 1/4in  UMHW or whatever, and what is the
length of the ABDs?  I have tonight bought a 10ft length of 1 1/4dia
UMHW  at $1.70 per ft.  Wat are the directions once im in Edmond to the
