[Northkeep] meeting -- time?

[LRA]

What time is populace tonight? 6:30? 7? 7:30?  Unfortunately, I've been
immersed in the mundane for a while and my brain is not coming up with the
answer. I hope someone else has it. .... So for the mundanely challenged,
what time does populace start tonight.
