Ok - I just talked to Elizabeth de Calais - Dirgelion did bring the pies to
the Dionnadair but Elizabeth gave me the ingredient list and basic
directions.

ground beef (2 parts beef to 1 part sausage)
sausage
bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
onion, chopped
fresh parsley
garlic
celery (finely chopped, like in a food processor)
carrots (shredded or finely diced)
1 egg
broth (chicken or beef)
pie shell

Fry hamburger, drain.  Fry sausage, drain.  saute onion and garlic til
translucent.  Stir together all ingredients but broth.  If mixture seems dry
add broth as needed til sticky.  Put mixture into pie shell and bake at 350
til crust is brown..... a top crust can be added is desired.
