[Northkeep] Youth Rapier Marshal

Fair winds and kind seas have brought me forth from my Native Spain to bring greetings unto Northkeep and to carry the responsibility and honor of Youth Rapier Marshal in your worthy lands.

To serve our youth rapier community, I have several goals:
1. To have a regular practice with youth rapier authorized marshals in attendance.
2. To prepare our youth rapier fighters to fight in and enjoy tournaments.
3. To work with Northkeep, Mooneschadowe, and other Northern communities to increase participation in Youth Rapier.
4. To encourage the creation of and participation in Northern Youth Rapier Tournaments.
5. To be aware of issues and concerns of the parents and guardians of our Youth Rapier Fighters.

Rapier Practice:
My husband Puck holds a regular rapier practice on Tuesday nights, and he is authorized as a Youth Rapier Marshall. Currently Puck's Rapier Practice has about 50% adult rapier fighters and 50% youth rapier fighters in attendance and nearly equal numbers of girls and guys.

To best be able to serve our Youth Rapier community, I have several requests for information:
