[Northkeep] Road question for Winterkingdom

I just checked the weather forcast for Friday and Saturday and was curious
about how well the salt and sand the roads between Tulsa and
Stillwater?   It looks to be cold enough on Friday night and Saturday that
if we get percipitation, it will stay. The two different forcasts give
different pictures, but enough to make me want to know more about how they
maintain the roads before heading out with a kid in the cold.

Hopful that this passes us over and we have a beautifuly cold clear day on
both Friday and Saturday,
