[Northkeep] POPULACE CLOAK DISPLAY QUERY

Personally, having made nothing but half circle cloaks, and being in
posession of 15 yards of a silk wool blend that we bought to make Ainar a
cloak, I would love that!!!  Wonder what night we could get a library
room?????
