[Northkeep] Combat arrow and bolt instructor

ATTENTION, please.  I have been in contact with O.L. Kazmirierz, the
Society Archery, and seige marshall in regards to coming to
WinterKingdom for the purpose express of teaching arrow and bolt making
for combat purposes.  I hope some of my many friends can get in touch
with whomever is in charge of teaching and teachers to make some
provision for his class should he indeed be able to come, of whichhe
will not know for certain until the first of the week..  This is a much
needed subject for our archers before the war, but also for any of the
sege community who might have questions, that can be answered by the top
