I dont know so much about the value of those lands. The encampment wasnt particulary deep off of the road. It seemed to slope away from the road, and when I entered the dance contest there 2 yrs ago or so, the floor was lumpy as hell, lol http://community.webtv.net/FARMING20/BILLSLAND
