[Northkeep] Arm Protection

I hve to disagree on the arms being connected to the Elbow.
Pioter has Very Period Russian Arms that he wears out side his coat and
elbows that he wears inside ergo not attached. There is no gap, infact
they almost completely over lap.

and this is only 1 example. I am sure there are more creative peeps out
there who can come up with more
