[Northkeep] Ensign Dionadair Tournament

Ok -

After discussion with Our Ensign, Lord Lucan, and Our Dionadair, Lord Angus,
it has been decided that the two tournaments will run concurrently.  We will
set up the list fields side by side so that everyone can watch both
tournaments.  Lord Angus and Lord Lucan may choose the structure and format
of the two tournaments as long as they have final approval from me and
Ainar.  Please mark the tournaments on your calendar (September 14th) and
let's start thinking about where we want to have the revel
afterwards..........
